He built a wonderful deck out of Trex which is maintenance free. They created an additional basement. The second floor was expanded giving additional space. They built two bathrooms upstairs, doing exquisite stone work in the master bathroom and nice tile work in the "Jack & Jill" bathroom, which is two separate sink and toilets that share a tub/ shower.
